These exercises are from Anthony Elis' book, "The Secrets to Gaining
Muscle Mass Fast". He mentioned which exercises are effective for muscle
mass or strength training, but did not sort them in groups. This website is just for that--a reference to what exercises
fit your specific goal. The exercises with asterisks are important for
overall muscle massing and toning.
There are other parts of the book you won't find
here. The nutrition plan is important, as well as his workout routines,
and progress charts. With over 500 pages, this website cannot even begin to capture its contents.
