Cooked Moose Meat Good To eat - Or Not




I do not know what you have heard or what you may know about cooking moose meat, but I think it is about time we dispelled some of the myths that surround it. Contrary beats by dre to popular belief moose meat is not normally gamey in flavor... if prepared correctly.




As a matter of fact, moose meat is delicious and in our house we eat more moose meat than any other red meat. We recently cooked a sirloin tip moose roast in our slow cooker with bacon and Dijon mustard, and what a roast moose this turned out to be!
