Although General Motors diet has been widely followed, there are always pros and cons with this program. The pros say that this diet is a fairly easy program. This is because the recommended foods are very easy to come by, and not too expensive as well. As for the cons, they say that the program is too strict, so it will be hard to follow in the long term.
