Install Labor: $1.90 to $2.50 sq. ft. Prep Work Includes: Remove Carpet: $1.00 sq. ft., Removing Hardwood Floor: $1.75 sq. ft., Installing hardwood floors on existing steps is $1,000 per flight (will explain at time of estimate). Installation of Swift lock: $1.65 sq. ft. Installing QRD is free. Moving Furniture: Customer Responsibility Only in certain situation I will assist in moving furniture.
