Who we are :

Easy Access Refunds is a team of third-party tracers in an independent business enterprise and is involved in locating homeowners who may be entitled to a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) single family mortgage insurance premium refund or distributive share payment. We attempt to match homeowners with the government funds owed, as part of a private relationship that the tracer establishes . We as a third-party tracer develop valuable client/company relationship.
We understand the time consuming process of retrieving your government refund can be lengthy and strentuous. Therefore we have organized a system to eliminate the extra time and information retrieval. We would like to offer the processing and issuance of your refund, in a timely a fashion. With your cooperation with this company , your refund will be processed and retrieved within a few easy steps. Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) of 1986, the Department makes available a cumulative listing of unpaid Distributive Shares and Mortgage Insurance Premium refunds for Mutual Mortgage Insurance mortgages that remain unpaid for a minimum of 2 years. Until September 30, 2011, the Department provided the requested information through the Department of Commerce's National Technical Information Service (NTIS) for a fee. Some entrepreneurs have developed commercial ventures using the listing provided by HUD through NTIS. Currently, the Department is in the process of developing a new delivery system, in order to provide the Mortgage Insurance Refund List to the public on the FOIA website, so that the State Listings can be easily downloaded at no cost to the requestor from the FOIA Frequently Requested Materials webpage. However, this process has not yet been implemented . Since the FOIA listings contain public information, HUD currently allows individuals or organizations to utilizing this data to supply individuals with the funds they are rightfully owed. However, the Department neither promotes the use but does not publicly supply these listing or locate claimants . HUD never discourages the efforts of third-party tracers, as long as the tracers do not misrepresent themselves or the process to the public.

We look forward to having your business in the near future.

Thanking you in advance
