A person’s body weight reflects the level of lean body mass and body fat. While the words obese and overweight are used synonymously, there is a very major difference between both of them. The health risks that are associated with both them are also very different.

A body builder can be taken as a perfect example of this. A bodybuilder is not obese but has lots of weight.
