OK I've been looking at multi units for sale they seem to be high priced unless you put a lot down you will not have posative cash flow. The trick is to find motavative sellers which will take some time, so don't think its a 1 or 2 day process. But I did find it is not hard to make money in the real estate market and now is the time to buy, repos are the ticket I have made a lot of cash with these you have to put some sweat equity in them  but it works out. A lot of time its a long process dont think its a get rich quick type of buisness.
