Rules and regulations for entering Fus!on Idol.

1. Ages 10 to 19. Must be age 10 by June 15th.

2. Ages 18 and under must have signed parental permission slips.

3. Initial A Capella songs must be no longer than 1 ½ minutes in total.

4. You must furnish your own music for the first, second, and third rounds.

5. Each contestant must have one back up song during first, second, and third rounds in case of a

problem with original or two singers have same songs.

6. During first, second, and third rounds you may accompany yourself with guitar or keyboard.

7. 1st and 2nd rounds are one song each. Final round is 2 songs each.

8. Song choices must contain no suggestive language or swear words. Must be appropriate for all

ages.

In first round there will be 12 contestants. At the end of the first round, six will be eliminated. In the

second round there will be an elimination of three contestants at the end. The final three will go to the

final round and will compete for the grand prize.

ALL decisions of judges are final.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

1. In consideration for receiving permission to participate in the _____________________, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE,

DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Havasu For Youth/Fus!on the Teen Scene, their officers, agents, or

employees (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes

of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained

by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activity, while in, on or upon the premises

where the activities are being conducted, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LOSS IS CAUSED BY THE

NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, or otherwise and regardless of whether such liability arises in tort, contract,

damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees that Releases may incur due to my participation in said

activities, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by
