    Hello all! This website has two reasons, to let people know that to lose weight and get leaner, you don't need expensive pills, or diet programs, or exercise programs. All you need to do is eat smaller portion sizes, and exercise, even walking contributes. These are our stats at the start of new lifestyle. I will be using fake names to protect the identities of the participants.


Jester: Male

             210 pounds

Squishy: Female   

                 5'4"

                 264 pounds

                 25 years old


Now, to figure out how many calories we should be eating, we clicked on this link, and it gave us all the calorie information that we needed.

For exercise, we started out walking an hour a day.
