Fightstar are easily my favourite band and have been for about a year. They produce such great, original, tasteful music that is inspiring to listen to.
My favourite album is grand unification because of the whole structure of the album and how it is set on the bases of a dream starting with 'To sleep' and ending with 'wake up'. The songs on the album have so much emotion and are filled with sweet riffs and catchy drum beats. By far one of my favourite aspects of the album is it's artwork because it sums up the whole album as it's an emotional image that I think is the best album cover of all time. In fact all the Fightstar artwork is amazing and all the images hold senses of emotion and feeling. My favourite song on the album is wake up, I just love the opening riff it sends tingles down my spine.
I love the fact the Charlie left busted and finally created some proper music that I love and i'm sure many others do.
