Program/Portfolio Manager

Invested over $120 Million in grant funds in the span of over 10 years battling diseases and improve process performance to Health Institutions in the Dominican Republic by maintaining complete oversight of programs with a portfolio of fostered relationships with sub-contractors (vendors, third party organizations and other stakeholders) by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI), enforcing contracts, project performance, conducting quality assurance audits and regulatory compliance with all aspects of agreements signed (legal, assets, Hardware/Software, IT, financial, goal-oriented results, etc.)
