I'm attempting to put together a brand new girl group. I am looking for 4 incredibly talented young ladies between the ages of 13-17.This is a Pop girl group very fun, upbeat, and full of energy! Parts of each member’s style and personality will be thrown in, and each girl is a lead singer so you must be able to hold your own. I have a few connections with recording studios, talent agencies, and a man that would help us tremendously, but no connections with management companies or major record labels quite yet, so we would be starting from the ground up. As of right now I do have a choreographer, but by no means am I requiring girls that can dance. I need dedicated and loyal young ladies, no divas, no attitudes, and no drama! It will be hard, that’s why this project requires commitment, drive and a willingness to succeed. I am looking for girls with the "IT" factor who have great vocal abilities. I am looking for team players that are willing to work hard; stay focused, and are determined to succeed. I am looking for dedicated girls, determined girls, and girls along with parents who know and understand that success does not come over night! With is band I'm not going for the typical girl group full of divas, matching outfits and choreographed dance moves. I am looking for individual personalities that all work well together and are true and genuine. One word to describe this group would be REAL. Nothing fake, or posed. I need girls who will stay strong, work hard, and keep the personality and drive. As long as we do so, we will make it to the top.
Member Requirements:
I require that you live within the Eugene, Oregon area to ensure that you can attend all WEEKLY rehearsals, meetings, recording sessions, performances and etc. pertaining to the group. You must have parental permission, and of course their support.
Extra (none required):
It would be a great addition if you were able to write songs, lyrics, or even poetry that can be turned into a song, or if you write music. Also if you were able to play an instrument that would most likely be needed, so guitar, piano, bass, or the drums. If you were able to dance, that would be great too. Now I mentioned before this group won’t have cheesy choreographed dance moves, but it would be a good addition to the group if you have had some dance experience in case we came across a situation where we either want or need to have choreographed dance moves. Lastly, another good addition you could bring to the group is if you've already had experience on stage and are comfortable with performing. It is okay if you don't, it won't be held against you.
