Diane McPhee was born in Ireland, and her family immigrated to Australia in the early 70s'.

Diane’s working career began in Property Management, managing properties located in the St George and Sutherland Shire (New South Wales) working for a high profile property development company prior to moving up to the Gold Coast, continuing with her Property Management career to Coomera First National and is now able to bring her skills, experience and knowledge of current laws to Oxenford Realty.

Diane is a highly client focused service provider ensuring that all property management needs are dealt with in a professional manner.

Diane enjoys working in a highly structured, fast paced environment ensuing that all landlords and tenants are communicated with quickly and efficiently.

Diane’s honesty and high attention to detail is appreciated by her many loyal clients.  Diane believes in quality and regular inspections of her property management portfolio along with constantly communicating with both the landlord and tenant.

Diane enjoys giving back into the community and was a keen and popular member of Kogarah Lions Club.  She continues to be a member of her children’s Parents & Friends Committee (07,08,09).   She has in the past assisted and successfully helped raise funds for the Cancer Council’s Daffodil Day.  She enjoys helping others -- and loves to assist people where possible.
