My name is Diane and I am the Dean of Students at Lowell Elementary School. I have been in the Philadelphia School District since 1995. I have taught here for 16 years. I have taught 1st-2nd and 4th-6th grades. My main focus now is on safety, discipline, and moving into leadership. In December I will graduate from Holy Family University with a Masters in Education and a Principal's Certificate. My goal is to finish the year in my current position and explore an administration position for the fall of 2013.
I am married now for 15 years. We do not have any children. My interests vary from continuing my education, the military, watching television, and sports. I like to travel and have visited Italy twice. My husband and I are looking to visit Ireland as our next oversees vacation.
