Costume Ideas Teenagers will Like

Coming up with costume ideas for teens can be difficult, but going off popular concepts like movie characters, or twisting around cliché ideas is a great way to make a good costume.


The joker costume is mostly in your clothes with a little detail to makeup also being necessary. Get a long purple trench coat, and put it over top of a black pair of jeans, a light shirt, and a brown vest with a matching brown tie. When your outfit is complete put white coloring in your hair, white makeup on your face, black makeup around your eyes, and finish with a nice smiley face made with red paint or lipstick.


Getting the outfit right is the major concern with this costume. For the top hat make sure you find the largest and oldest looking one that you can, and get a nice bright ribbon to put around the base of the hat. For the pants you want them to be pinstriped, and they should also be sure so that you can see most of your socks. The Sox should be very long and brightly colored. You will need a brown suit coat and you will also need an off the wall scarf to turn into the bow in the front of the costume. 


Compared to the outfit itself the makeup is an easy task. Begin with a thick white coating on the entirety of your face. Add pink makeup underneath your eyes as well as on each of your cheeks. Add in additional bright color a bald each of your eyes but make sure that the to bright colors are different from one another. You also need to come up with a bright orange wig and tease it so that it sticks up everywhere.


Throughout the years thousands of girls have been prom queens, here is a nice twist on the costume. Start off by making yourself look like a prom queen, with a tiara and nice large dress, and a good set of shoes. After you feel like a prom queen it is time to get a little more gruesome. Add gray and white make up to your face to give you a nice install dead skin tone, and add black makeup around your eyes, and add blood around your mouth. You're now a zombie prom queen. 


If you're really short on time you can transform yourself into a secret agent in just a matter of minutes. Put on a nice suit the you have, or on some nice looking glasses, and get out a fake gun. You could even carry around a briefcase or add a top hat. Now you're secret agent.


Only one thing can make a secret agent costume even cooler, and that is the zombie secret agent. Go along with the same exact steps to you did for the secret agent, and add gruesome zombie makeup to complete the effect.
