The Company was started in july 2008 and has 2 full-time staff and 1 administer part-time, the comapny grained a large contract with Birmingham-based Midland Heart Housing association, who own and manage around 35,00 properties. We produce Energy Performantce Certificates, which is now a legal requiremnet for any property that is let or sold. The company office is based in Walsall.
In November I took on a partner who I previously work with at Dixons and who has a HND in Estate Management, Together we currently service about 60 properties a week thourght the Midlands. We also have a few clients in the private sector.
