Daing M. Ashraf completed his graduation from MAM College of Jammu in 1993. After his graduation he worked for different security providers as an operation and marketing manager. In 2001 he took over Daing Industrial Security which shined with bright colors.

He undertakes the operations and sales of Daing Industrial Security.

Day 2

Physical Fitness classes, drill and parade.
Usage of battalion and method of unarming wrong doers.
Methods of keeping person in custody and its limitations.
Search methods for weapons, bombs etc.
Liaison with Police
Basic in IPC and Panchnama
Testing Physical Skills and basic Martial Arts.

Day 3

Turn out uniform and accessories
Importance of Mannerism (Haircut / Shave / Shoe Polishing etc).
Public Interaction and Mass Communications Method.
Methods of preparing reports and maintaining occurrence register, revision of drill and parade of Day 2.

Day 4

Day 8

Written and Oral exams
Passing out Parade and issue of course certificate.

Terms & Conditions

The security personnel appointed by us shall be under your direct control and supervision and instruction, if any, given to them by your authorized officer.

The security person shall work 8 hrs a day, 7 days a week; however the vigilance shall continue 24 hrs a day 365 days a year.

Personnel deployed for your industry shall be subject to your approval.

The security guard provided would be capable of maintaining log books

The security standing order of the industry shall be applicable to our security guards and would be followed strictly.

Any misconduct caused by our security guards shall be replaced immediately.

The payment of our services shall be made on or before the 7^th of each month by ‘A/C Payee’ cheque drawn on any bank of India.

Initially the contract shall be valid for a period of 1 year, which shall be renewed automatically for subsequent years, unless not terminated by serving a 1 month prior notice by either parties in case of any breech.

Security infrastructure as per expectable or led down norms of security shall be arranged by clients.

10. None of our employee shall be given direct or indirect recruitments else we shall be liable for compensation equivalent to 3 months salary.
