How does music influence our daily life?


who does not like music? Certainly there are some but mostly people love music and our life in influenced by it whether directly or indirectly. It has no language, no boundary, and no restriction that the person belonging to one country didn’t listen the music of other. Forte music is a name of freedom, calmness of soul, relieving the pain, and feeling the emotions. Without any doubts music is an important part of our life. It has a intense effect on our mind and heart. The type of music we are listening has a direct effect on our psyche, e.g. if a person is listening sad composition continuously then he/she started feeling sad, without any reason, and suppose if someone is sad and he/she listen good  relaxing compositions, they started feeling good and calm in spite of having the sad situation. Mostly people listen fast music during exercise because it push them harder excite their energy level, to match up the beat of the song.

As described earlier, music has great power to change our mood, it can make you feel happy or sad. And the reason behind this, is the release of dopamine while listening music and it is called as a good mood relaxing chemical. It forces us to feel happy, calm and relax. You see music is a great healing medicine, without using any slipping pill having lots of side effects one can feel calm and happy just by listening good relaxing rhythmic music. It reduces the anxiety and depression, while the music playing some feels that their pain and tensions are going away smoothly with the strings and chords of the composition.

Our lives are full of stresses, burdens and tensions, some studies have shown it strengthen our immune system, decreases the pain, reduces the level of cortisol in our body which is responsible for deteriorating the immune system.

It also speed up the process of strokes recovery, if a person is listening his/ her favorite music, he/she will recover speedily as compared to those who are not listening.


Listening music or playing a musical instrument increases the learning ability, memorizing power and intelligence. While learning how to play a guitar or piano, the person is observing with full concentration and memorizing the pattern in mind.  It’s not a one day or two day task, but its not just you are only learning how to play that instrument but in fact there are much more valuable things you are learning too, e.g. patience, building the stamina for continuous hard work, focused and composed mind, improves concentration and attention too.


Mostly people listen music in the evening after coming from offices or hard trainings. Because music releases their burden and pressure.
