Welcome to the Cyber Dark Web my name is D0ct0r R0gu3 and I have been a Cyber Menace since the year 1998 and during the error of the Internet Relay Chat IRC days, I have since been creating mIRC Scripts, Hacking, Pranking, Trolling, Gaming, Exchanging information and educating others in the cyber world. I consider myself neither a white hat, or a black hat but somewhere in between what is known as a Grey Hat Cyber Troll. I created this website because I want to share all my stories, knowledge and information about the Internet and the Deep Dark Web to the world.
World Wide Web is more like an ocean itself, the international waters which is neither owned by anyone or run by anyone, but it is used by all for all purposes. Than you have the Deep Dark Web which is going deep down under the water thousands of kilometers under the sea with a submarine which is known in the cyber world as the deep dark web, or if you want to go even more deeper to the mariana trench, which is more in the dark web that is part of the bigger deeper web!
