is the solid form of carbon dioxide that is frozen to an extreme. It sublimes
into gas instead of melting down into water hence it gots name as “dry ice”.

TIPS TO CONSIDER WHEN BUYING DRY ICE
1. Always use a hard-sided cooler or insulated cover pallet bags when carrying a dry ice pack or dry ice sheet from one place to another.
2. Never touch the dry ice with bare hands as it can cause burns. Use the work gloves if you need to touch the dry ice.
3. Dry ice evaporates quickly, so avoid keeping the cooler in a car for lengthy trips as you might lose the dry ice.
4. Provide ventilation when you pack the dry
ice in a box or else it may explode.
DURATION FOR WHICH DRY ICE LASTS
Dry
ice if not used sublimes within 24 hours. And if it is used to create a foggy
effect using liquid it can last for 10-15 minutes.

your hands with gloves and Use a hammer on the wrapped dry ice block to break
it. Never touch the dry ice with your bare hands.

DISPOSING OF DRY ICE
Always
try to use disposable dry ice packs that can easily evaporate in the cooler.Do
not flush it down a toilet or drain (it can freeze pipes). Do not leave it open
to evaporate where the gas could be inhaled in large quantities.
