Hi to all of you i build this website in order for us to learn lesson about Math. Here i can teach you how to solve integers,linear equation and many many more! Ok lets start with adding,subtracting,multiplying and dividing. First i need to mention the rules in order to solve it correctly.
ADDING INTEGERS:
-in adding integers w/ the same signs just simply add it and copy the common sign.
examples:
1+2=3
-1+-2=-3
-in adding integers w/ unlike sign change the operation to subtraction and copy the sign w/ the highest absolute value.
examples:
5+(-3)=2
-5+3=-2
SUBTRACTING INTEGERS:
-in subtracting integers w/ the same signs just simply subtract it and copy the common sign.
examples:
10-5=5
-10-(-5)=-5
-in subtracting integers w/ unlike signs change the operation and the sign of subtrahend and subtract it.
examples:
-10-5=-15
10-(-5)=15
MULTIPLYING INTEGERS:
-in multiplying integers w/ the same signs the product is always positive.
examples:
10x5=50
-10x(-5)=50
-in multiplying integers w/ unlike signs the product is always negative.
examples:
6x(-5)=-30
-2x9=-18
DIVIDING INTEGERS:
-in dividing integers w/ the same signs the quotient is always positive.
examples:
90/3=30
-30/-5=6
-in dividing integers w/ unlike signs the quotient is always negative.
examples:
-25/5=-5
54/-6=-9
