I have been a mental health counselor since 1993 and have worked in a variety of settings over the years. It is my belief that every person who comes to counseling, does so because they have reached a place in their life where they want something to change. No matter the reason a person comes to see me, I treat them with respect and without judgment. I enjoy my work very much and almost always find an opportunity to laugh with my clients. I embrace the idea of hope and no matter the despair that someone is experiencing, I believe in the strengths and courage that people have inside of them. I am always honored to share a piece of someone's life journey.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State and my practice is located in the small town of Malone, 45 minutes north of Plattsburgh. I treat teenagers and adults, individuals and couples.
