Whenever a user is ready to send a message to another Gmail user then he needs to check the spellings of the written words. Suppose if the checking is done automatically and misspelled words become correct then it will be very beneficial for every user. Gmail provides a feature to perform this task but most of the users don’t know about it and check the spellings manually which is not so reliable. Gmail Technical Support Helpline Number is providing the complete procedure for doing this task:-


1) Before checking the spellings of Gmail messages, you need to write the text message.


2) For writing the text message, firstly click on the “Compose” button.


3) After clicking the Compose button, a new small window will open at the bottom right side of the screen.


4) Now you will write the complete text in the text box under the “Subject” field.


5) Once the text has written completely, then go to the bottom right corner of the page where you will find a arrow.


6) When you take the cursor on that arrow then you will read “More Option”. It means, you will find other more options by clicking on that arrow so click on it.


7)  After clicking the arrow, a drop down menu will appear with several options.


8) Select “Check Spelling” from the drop down menu.


9) Once you selected Check Spelling option then Gmail will check the spelling in the drafted message and if finds a wrong spelling or word then highlighting the wrong words in yellow color.


10) Now click on the wrong spellings one by one, Gmail provides suggestions. If you want to replace the wrong spelling by a suggestion then click on that suggestion otherwise click “Ignore”, then the spelling will remain same.


11) If you want to again check the spellings then go to the bottom right corner again and click on “Recheck”. Once it is done, close it by clicking on “x”.
