Bullying has many forms and appearances. One of the most blunt and obvious of these is physical bullying. By causing physical harm to another, usually weaker person, the victim suffers from both the emotional and painful trauma of the event. Physical bullies, like most, are usually people with low self esteem and enough strength to pick on those they know are weaker, known as going for an easy target.
