Hi. My name is Nancy Winters and I have been the CEO at Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare since August of 2007. Since that time we have been expanding our services, been more responsive to our community and have involved ourselves with various other programs to coordinate the best mental health services. We have been expanding staff, reduced caseloads and become involved with new grants and programs to enhance the services to all residents of Clatsop County. With your support, our growth and delivery of services will continue to improve. I welcome any comments and am available to hear your concerns about the mental health care in our community.
