The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) plans to implement the City Gas Distribution (CGD) network in 46 new districts in 2015-2016. The fifth and sixth rounds of CGD network bidding will carry out to allot the permission to set up this facility. Today approximately 44 cities and towns in India are covered under City Gas Distribution System and In order to facilitate the expansion of cleaner fuel, the Government has allocated 100% domestic gas supply for City Gas Usage.

Prioritising the CGD sector for gas allocation and the latest announcements of network roll out plans by PNGRB have enthused the investors and new entrants. However, there remain the operational challenges to lay pipelines in crowded localities, current regulatory and policy dynamics and pricing. These factors have been contributing to the sectors failure largely.

FEE STRUCTURE

The registration fee is INR 18,000/ per delegates +14% service taxes. The Early Bird registration fee is INR 16,000 + ST per delegate valid only up to receipt of payment till June 15th 2015. There is also a 10% team discount for a group of 3 executives from the same company, 15% discount on a group of 5 and 20% discount on a group of 7 or more.
