Medford Duplex Opportunity
Here are pictures of the Medford Duplex we told you about.
It was built in 2000. The exterior is in excellent condition--- great paint, modern double pane windows, and a pristine roof. It has a well maintained, but low maintance yard.
It is across the street from a very pretty and well maintanined park.
The units have 3 bedrooms each and we think 2 baths, but we'll have to verify that.
This is one of the cleanest properties that we've seen yet -- and we've looked for months. As far as we can tell it only needs new carpet. That makes it perfect for an out of town investor, because you don't need to come up here and supervise while it's being brought up to snuff.
