On  Monday; September 20, 2010; starting around 4:15 PM (CST), my wife and I attempted to get a refund from an Online purchase at the Target Store at 4200 S. Medford Dr. in Lufkin, TX.  By 7:15 PM and after all of the 'red-tape' that the Customer Service Dept demanded, we still didn't have a refund. 
The first time at the Customer Service desk, the young guy (store associate) told me that he needed a receipt from our Online purchase before he could give us a refund back to our credit card.  The customer computers inside the store do not show the option to access your Target account through your <Amazon.com> account.  Therefore, we could not access our Target Registry account while at the store.  The store associate suggested that we go to the public library and use their computers to access our Target Online Registry to print the invoice for him. 
We went to the local public library in Lufkin to use their computers in order to access our account and print an Online invoice, which we successfully accomplished for the meager cost of twenty-five cents along with time spent.  We hurried back to the Target store in Lufkin. 
The second time at the store, the same young guy at the Customer Service Counter refused to accept our newly printed Online invoice from our Target account.  I had just presented to him an invoice of "Target.com: My Account" that stated: 
1.) The order summery number  601-3411484-….
2.) Date the order was placed 
3.) Order total amount 
4.) Estimated delivery date 
5.) UPS Tracking number  of 1Z67WW07032…
6.) Our shipping address 
7.) Item ordered 
8.) Type of shipping 
9.) Details of the price of item, shipping price, Tax, etc 
10.) Payment method   
11.) Billing address   
12.) Other miscellaneous Target Store information.
