Should
Zombies Be Fast
Moving?
In
traditional horror
stories and movies, the living Undead have often been protrayed as slow
moving, fleash eating unstoppable foes. But like all forces of evil
they have weakness, one that the hereos can exploite. Over the next
couple of pages I will talk about the pro's and con's of the new wave of zombies
hitting our pages and movie screens. The fast moving Zombie... first
seen in Zac Sydners reimaging of the classic zombie movie Dawn of the
Dead (1978).
Intresting to note the discussion around the movie 28 Days Later
(2002). These
creatures were not technically Zombies. They were fast moving, but were
infected with a virus while they were still living. To be a true Zombie
the victim has die and return as an animated corpse.
