- We are a liturgical church, in that we use liturgy in worship to help us confess our sins before God and receive his forgiveness, praise God and thank him, ask God for strength, peace and blessings, hear God's word being spoken, and learn about God given promises and directives for our daily lives.
-  The Lutheran Church is a sacramental church.  We believe that through the sacraments of Baptism and Lord's Supper, we attain God's forgiveness in a tangible way.
