You should vote Barack Obama for president because of what he is doing on the issues. DON'T VOTE FOR SOMEBODY BECAUSE YOU THINK HE IS COOL OR GOOD LOOKING. The Iraq war is a big issue today. Barack Obama wants to pull the troops out of Iraq. Wouldn't you be relieved to know that a relative or friend was coming out of Iraq safe. Instead of violence, Barack Obama wants to engage in diplomacy with Iraq's neighboring countries (make peace) to stabilize the middle east. Wouldn't you rather have Peace than VIOLENCE. McCain just wants to try to win the war. What will he do after that? Won't winning the war make us more of a target for Terrorism. Now that I've told you about the Iraq war, how about the health care. What if you couldn't afford health care, what if you got in a car crash. You might not have enough money to pay for injuries. Barack Obama REQUIRES every kid to have health care and is going to help the ones who need help. He plans to make health care affordable for small businesses. He also makes it cheaper for families, elderly people, and disabled people. Another very big issue is the economy, it keeps going DOWN! What are we supposed to do now? Barack Obama would like to lower taxes on the average people and give the people help who need help. He also is raising taxes for the rich. McCain said he wants to leave the economy the same. Wouldn't you want a president for change. If we left everything as Bush left it, wouldn't we be in even more debt. Lastly a big issue is the environment/energy issue. Barack Obama believes we should use alternative fuels instead of gas and would make hybrids more affordable. McCain wants to drill for OIL in Alaska. Wouldn't drilling for oil make the GLOBAL WARMING situation even WORSE. This is why I think you should vote for Barack Obama in this election.
