Follow These Easy Steps and Calibrate Your Android Battery


Most people after purchasing or android rooting are lost and confused regarding battery calibration. Some are not aware and some are even scared to do it themselves. However, to calibrate battery after you root android is a very easy and simple process. It is an important process, particularly after you root android tablet. So, follow these easy steps and get your battery calibrated on your android device.

1. After purchasing your device, use it for approximately 10 days, charging and using as normally you would do. Initially, you will see that the battery life is terrible. Don’t be upset because this is going to be much better after the calibration.

2. After using the device for 10 days, let the battery run down completely. In order to run it down, you need to use your device extensively. Either by keeping the inbuilt torch on or by using Bluetooth or using any other method, make sure that your battery is absolutely flat.

3. After the battery is drained completely and your device goes off on its own, take the battery out, wait for a few seconds and replace it again.

4. Charge the battery for at least 6-8 hours while it’s switched off.

5. Use android rooting software and root your device. You can get it done very easily with one click root.

6. With the help of root explorer, go to the system folder and delete the batterystats.bin file. Your device will now write a new version of this file.

7. Use your device and let the battery run down almost to the end and then charge again.

Your calibration process is over and you have an improved and much better battery life than what it was when you purchased it.
