How to cancel your Banggood order

Just placed an order but changed your mind? Here is the easy way to get your order canceled.

How to cancel an order before it ships

Provided you contact to Banggood in time and they can usually cancel an order before it ships. Simply:

1.    Contact Banggood to cancel

2.    Banggood will fully refund you if the order is not being shipped yet.

How to cancel pending orders

If your order is pending, please contact banggood dogana support to cancel your order.
