Established on March 2, 2003, Aqua Factory Purified Water started its operations as a water-refilling station serving only a little portion of the Bulacan province. The idea started with Healthy Water Company submitted a business proposal to the proprietress and manager, Ma. Nina S. Fernando. It was also founded based on social responsibility. The owner's brother passed away, leaving four children behind. The business was intended to support the education and living of the four children and their mother.
At present, Aqua Factory continues to render service by producing quality and potable water fit for consumption of the consumers in the province of Bulacan.
