As a Benefits Specialist we market the plans to people who are looking to save significant amounts on their dental & medical services or on things they buy and use every single day.Ameriplan trains us 100% on, how to do this online or in our community. People answer our ad campaigns by either calling us, emailing us or by visiting our websites and registering for more information. We then contact these people back and we talk to them for a few minutes. We explain the plans and answer their questions and if they feel that our plan would be a good fit for them and their families we take their application and get it submitted over to corporate online.The nice thing is that Ameriplan® takes over from there. We have a HUGE broker support center at corporate. They process the applications, they handle all the paper work, they issue and send out the benefits packages with their member cards, also they field all our customers calls and they collect payment from our customers on a monthly basis as well. We don't have to handle any of that, which makes our job that much easier!

We train you how to speak with people and help them get started with the membership of their choice.

*2nd Position - Training Specialist/Recruiter

We are looking for people that will take pride in helping others work for our company. All you need is your computer and your phone to work. Every month, millions of people are searching online/offline to find a legitimate, work-at-home career, and now you can help them find that, all while making an amazing income from the comfort of your home.   We will train you, step by step, on how to master this position.  You must be coachable and willing to have fun interviewing people. Every day, there are hundreds of thousands of people looking to work from home. They too answer our ad campaigns by going to our websites and requesting an interview or additional information.

At that point their contact information comes straight over to us via email. We then will give them a quick call and we go over the details about working with the company. We will answer their questions and if they are someone we would like to have come and work with us we will take their application and get them started with their training. Of course, when recruiting, we are responsible for weaning out the people who are not serious and might be in it for the wrong reasons since there is a lot of time spent on our part setting someone up to work from home successfully.

Then we work the business as a Trainer by helping people just like you to work from home.

Again, we will fully train you how to talk with people and see if this is a good fit for them.

What We Don't Do:

- NO Hard Selling (never push people to buy what we offer or chase anybody down!)
- NO Making Lists of Friends or Family
- NO Home Parties
- NO Cold Calling (we never pick up our phone book and start calling people!)
- NO Telemarketing
- NO Inventory to stock and sell
- NO exchanges of monies (all online)

We only have to contact people who requested information from us regarding what we offer!  This makes all the difference! We share the information, answer their questions, and let them make a decision of whether AmeriPlan® is a good fit for them.

The Pay and Incentives

Ameriplan® pays us a generous commission for every application we submit. 

We are paid two ways: We receive daily pay and monthly residual income.

Daily/Upfront pay: Whenever you enroll someone to work from home or into one of our healthcare packages, you will receive between 40% to 80% upfront/daily pay.  This check will be mailed to you the day after the application processes.  AmeriPlan® Payroll cuts checks 5 days per week.

Monthly residual pay: On the 18th of every month, you will also receive a residual commission check for all people you have ever enrolled. You will earn from 20% to 40% repeat income for each homeworker or member that you previously enrolled.  You will continue to receive a portion of that same person's monthly membership month after month, year after year for as long as they remain active with the company.  So your checks keep growing every month. While you may enroll 10 this month and 10 next month, you keep getting paid for twenty, thirty, fourty and so on. And five years down the road, you are still getting paid for these same people, provided, they are still active and you will accumulate a ton of people over time.

So, residual income is great because you keep getting paid over and over again for the work you did one time.

Here’s how it all breaks down:

When you enroll someone to work with the company or someone into one of our benefit packages, you will receive either 40%, 60% or 80% daily upfront commission and continue to receive 20%, 30% or 40% monthly residual commission on each membership, depending on which commission level you are on.

- As a Level One Rep, you will receive 40% daily/upfront commission and 20% monthly residual income on each piece of business you put on the books. The upfront commission will be between $6-$60 and the monthly residual will be between $3-$30 for the same membership you enrolled once. (Commission received for each business depends on the membership enrolled. Example: $14.95 Dental Plus plan or $150 Platinum FreedomPass plan or any of our other plans)

- As a Level Two Rep, you will receive 60% daily/upfront commission and 30% monthly residual income on each piece of business you put on the books. The upfront commission will be between $9-$90 and the monthly residual will be between $5-$45 for the same membership you enrolled once. (Commission received for each business depends on the membership enrolled. Example: $14.95 Dental Plus plan or $150 Platinum FreedomPass plan or any of our other plans)

- As a Level Three Rep, you will receive 80% daily/upfront commission and 40% monthly residual income on each new piece of business you put on the books. The upfront commission will be between $12-$120 and the monthly residual will be between $6-$60 for the same membership you enrolled once.
(Commission received for each business depends on the membership enrolled. Example: $14.95 Dental Plus plan or $150 Platinum FreedomPass plan or any of our other plans)

You will also receive 5-15% residual/monthly commission for any business that your team adds.  This is called a Builder's Bonus, and is included in the residual check.

What You Will Receive

As a homeworker/agent with AmeriPlan®, you will receive everything you need to run your business from home, plus many benefits!!

 

• You will get a Back-Office website. This is where we enter all of our applications, check on our team members, and our paychecks. Basically, we run the business from this website.

• You'll receive several professionally designed e-commerce websites with all of our services listed for potential customers to look at, locate providers, and enroll into a package. (These websites are completely up and operational with your own URL.  All you will need to do is activate them. Domain name hosting, web site design, and maintenance is all provided by the company.)
  

• You will also receive ongoing and unlimited training through our training website, conference call lines, training materials, and special training classes.
  

• AmeriPlan® has a huge Customer Support/ Broker Support Center at our Corporate Headquarters in Plano, TX. They process all the applications for us, process payments, and field all of our customers' calls. This department also handles all of the administrative work for us, including bookkeeping, credit card processing, and payroll. When we enroll people into these plans, corporate mails out the membership cards and a 800#.  When the customers have questions, they contact AmeriPlan® instead of us.
   
• As an agent with the company you won't keep any inventory in your home.  AmeriPlan® mails the new broker packages and the membership packages along with their benefit cards. The company covers all of the shipping costs also.

• Also, your entire household receives one of the Platinum Series memberships of your choice!
  

• Direct Deposit is also provided as you promote within the company.
  

• When you get started, you are going to receive a new broker package in the mail with full colored brochures, applications, forms and a New Broker Procedures Manual.  You will get a really nice kit full of materials!!!
  

• You will have me as a personal coach.  I will be there to help and guide you to build your business. I will make sure all of your questions are answered, and you have all of the tools needed to be a successful home agent.  I will also be providing you with people to contact(leads).

 

Small Business Tax Deductions

In addition to the benefit of generating an income from the comfort of your home, you also receive huge tax deductions.

 

As an Independent Contractor, you will receive a HUGE Tax Deduction. You will be able  to write off your monthly Broker Fee (Level 1, 2 or 3 whichever you choose), a portion of your mortgage or rent, our electric, phone, computer, internet, gas and more. Requirements & Training


You will need to have internet access daily and a phone with unlimited calling.  You need to come in here with basic internet skills on how to send and receive emails, and how to navigate the internet.  Everything else, we will teach you.

All the training will be done from the comfort of your home!  The main training is a website with 6 steps.  You will simply go through those steps one by one, and ask me your questions as you go.  This process will get you set up and ready to work in about 8 hours time.  The training is 100% flexible!  You can have it all done in one day, or you are free to break it up to fit your schedule.

Live and recorded conference calls run 6 days per week.  These calls are not mandatory, but are here for help.  We have calls running on every subject you can imagine.  You will dial into the live calls from your phone where you can listen in, take notes, and learn from the leaders in the company.

I will also be your personal coach.  You will have access to me by phone, text, email, and socially so we can get you up and running, making money, and reaching your goals.  I am a 5-year veteran, Executive Sales Director, Top Producer, and leader within the company.  You will have access to all my tools and knowledge, as well as the rest of the team.  We don't keep secrets here.... and that's the reason for our HUGE Success!!!

When you work with Ameriplan® you are an independent contractor so it's not a job, it's not working for someone else and having a boss stand over you all the time. How To Get Started


To establish your Ameriplan® business, there is a modest fee of just $19.95/year. This is to register your websites and your Back Office as well as yourself as a broker with the company. You are also going to receive a really nice kit full of materials, it has brochures and various forms that you'll need. It also allows you to receive great tax savings for the year and complete ongoing training.

We also have a small monthly overhead. The first one is due when you get started and your future fees will be treated as a payroll deduction, so just taken from your paycheck as long as your check is over the amount of your overhead. And all of us that work have no problem covering it. The amount of your broker fee depends on which level you chose to come in at.
