ALPS Maintaineering Services, Inc. (ALPS MSI) is a family owned corporation, has been in the business of improving the energy and operating of existing motors and its drive systems in industrial plants nationwide since 1996 through:
- Employing vibration analysis & power analysis, and correcting if not improving efficiency of drive systems
- Improving motor efficiency after rewound using high-end technologies;
- Efficient use of energy through installation of modern energy-saving motors;
- Adjusting the energy expenditure to the specific requirement of the application;
- Improving motor start-up behaviour; and
- Providing operations and maintenance (O&M) services to guarantee its energy savings performance.
Year 2007
- We improved our facility with SAMATIC 8080—computerize motor rewinding (CMR).
- SAMATIC 6000R motor tester, and rewinding software to restore motor efficiency.
- Qualistar a power and energy quality analyser to help our clients diagnose any inefficiency on motors and its drive systems.
Year 2014
We invested on Schenk Horizontal Balancing machine to meet ANSI/NETA ATS-2009 or NEMA standards,. MG 1, 7.8.2 Table 7-1 for newly repaired motors and its drive systems.
Year 2015
ALPS MSI strengthened its mechanical expertise, ensuring best quality of workmanship and reliability of motor mechanical aspects and its drives through investing on machines for machining and fabrication to facilitate repairs and manufacture parts for electric motor industry.
