INTRODUCTION
The Aleppo Temple (AAONMS) Shrine Oriental Band is a uniformed unit, founded in 1951, of the Aleppo Temple (AAONMS) Shrine which is located at 99 Fordham Road in Wilmington, Massachusetts 01887-0578 USA (a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts). Aleppo Temple is a member of the Northeast Shrine Association. The telephone number for Aleppo Temple is 781-665-6466 or 978-657-4202 and its Fax number is 978-657-8950

Like the Middle Eastern beast of burden of the desert pictured above, the members of the Aleppo Temple (AAONMS) Oriental Band tirelessly perform in traditional costumes at parades, concerts and various functions to raise funds to support the Band and the noble objectives of the Shrine.
We are a member of the National Association of Shrine Oriental Bands (ASOB) and the Northeast Shrine Oriental Band Association (NESOBA). We are proud that members of our Band have served as officers of ASOB and NESOBA. CLICK THE APPROPRIATE BAR BELOW to be directed to either the ASOB or NESOBA WEBSITE.
We traditionally practice every Thursday evening from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Aleppo Temple premises in Wilmington, Massachusetts - the public is invited to drop by.
We currently have approximately 40 members ranging in age from the mid 20's to the mid 80's. About half of our members regularly participate in our parades and a somewhat larger number usually participates in our other events and performances.
