Richard Crenian is the founder and president of ReDev Properties. Since founding in 2001, Richard and ReDev Properties have grown the asset management company using a long-term approach to manage over 25 commercial properties.primarily located in Western Canada.

Richard Crenian is the founder and president of ReDev Properties, Ltd., a Canadian-owned company that is responsible for the development and management of more than 25 commercial real estate investments located throughout Western Canada.

He began his career at the age of 19, selling office equipment with Pitney & Bowes and quickly became one of the youngest sales managers in Canada. His personal achievements included honours for branch of the year and ranking in the top three for sales nationwide. Before long, he was one of the company’s highest paid sales representatives.

At 19, Richard became the youngest sales manager in Canada selling national office equipment. Here, he excelled and embraced personal achievements such as being the top three sales representatives inCanada and the top branch of the year honours, leading him to become the highest paid sales in Canada at the time.

Catching the entrepreneurial bug at 21, he established a real estate development company based out of Saskatchewan, Canada. Specializing in the construction of multi-family residential rental buildings, the company went to build over 11,000 apartments and condos, numerous retail plazas and sales reached over one billion dollars.

On his down time, he enjoys lending his hand out to others. While managing his company in Saskatchewan, he served as a Governor for Junior Achievement, Saskatchewan and was on the advisory board at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Commerce.

Additionally, he is a founding member and mentor of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization in Saskatchewan. Currently, he is a member of the World President Organization, having graduated from the Young President Organization in 2009.

He generously supports the Daily Food Bank, SunnyBrook Hospital Toronto, Covenant House, the Baycrest Alzheimer’s  

His sales experience prepared him for new ventures, and Richard began developing real estate projects in Saskatchewan at the age of 21. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the development of more than 11,000 apartments, condominiums and various retail plazas, exceeding sales of $1 billion.
