The lovely Phlox Queen of the faery realm. Though she appears youthful, she has lived for several centuries. The Phlox Queen has built up an army to resist the Snapdragon and Lotus Queens, and is not afraid to use it. Verde and Moth are aligned with the Phlox Court, and this is also where Rosa goes the first time she enters the faery realm.
