This is Ophelia, Fenrir's mother and last remaining Witch in Longevity during the events of Book of Nights. She appears very plain here, but remind yourself that she would normally be seen with a wide-brimmed hat. In fact, the witch's hat worn by Maiko once belonged to Ophelia. And no, she is not related in any way to the Hamlet character. If I remember correctly, the only reason her name is Ophelia is because my spell check kept changing her original name to "Ophelia" every time I would type it. To this day, I do not remember what her original name was, but I think it began with a "Ph."
