Monastery of Transfiguration was founded in 1981. It was designed by National Artist Leandro Locsin. the Place is ideal for retreats and recollections. This community of monks lived under the rule of St. Benedict. Tehy produced MONK's BLEND Premium Brewed Coffee.

It all started in 1991 when coffee processing became part of the community's effort in order to remain self-sufficient. MONK's Blend is process and sold under MONASTERY FARM, the business arm of the Monastery. Today, this private, non-stock VAT-registered venture supports monastery upkeep while providing consumers with top-quality and premium healthy products. Monastery Farms complies with regulation set by the Bureau Food and Drugs (BFAD)
