This was actually a fan request. Turns out the stock DC Universe Sinestro corps Scarecrow had on tights and he really wears jeans in the comic. So I took the lower legs of a Ghost Rider movie figure and combined them with the upper torso and partial waist of the original figure. Then I decided he needed some fear constructs! Some NECA Crow crows were added to his yellow power battery, he has a construct pitchfork, and the tentacle arm to a Parallax figure attaches to his right hand for a really scary version of this already creepy character.
