Rosie is pretty much the same as she came off the shelf with the exception of a magnetic flame-upgrade and a custom light up feature! Why NECA didn't do this in the first place I'll never know, the heads are hollow and can be opened. So with a little elbow grease I followed the steps in my new Bioshock LED guide and made her (him?) light up just like Subject Delta and Big Daddy! Check my Guides and Tutorials section for the guide and make your own light-up creations.
