The 'Stealth Operations' Wal Mart exclusive Iron Man figure turned out to be War Machine, not the dark blue suit so I had to make one. It's very basic, just paint over the Mark III steel colored figure with testors clear blue, about 3 coats. However his shoulderpads are made of that unpaintable waxy plastic so I had to swap them out with the spare ML 9 Modern Iron Man pads. Basecoat the eyes and repulsor circles in silver and then gloss red over those to make them really stand out against the dark colors!
