Halo 3 figures were non-existant for the last few months on the shelves but now with series 2 out we can restock! And that means more customs. This time I'm not just doing basic color permutations but all new 'teams', the first of which is Team Phantom, a black ops nighttime operations squad. As the Spartan armor variations come out I'll be making a full team. Each member will have specific details but done in a basic nightshade-blue armor with red visor and gunmetal details.
