Cop-Out was inspired by the 5th Element movie with those flying police cars. I wanted some sort of futuristic space-police car and used the upper chassis from Cybertron's Dirt Boss, removing the entire lower wheel assembly since in was only the upper part that transformed into a robot. Using RotF Gears' head and some MARS kit weapons I gave him a sleek black-n-white paint job. I made the roof removable and installed the last set of 'flashing Barricade police lights' as well. Some Repro labels stickers added his faction and Cop-Out became a reality!
