Right off the bat I was blown away by Bludgeon's design that Hasbro showed at 09's SDCC. He was a skeletal samurai tank for crying out loud! However I remember reading the old Transformers comics where Bludgeon's face always looked like a demonic skeleton with flaming eyes, kinda like Ghost Rider. So I went to work creating a new head for him using a Marvel Legends House of M Inhuman Torch, some fodder bits, and sculpted the rest with Apoxie sculpt. The front of the tank/shoulder armor was modded to be symmetrical and the whole figure was painted head to toe. I replaced his katana's plastic blade with a real steel one and Comic Bludgeon was born!
