To go with my new 6" Mephisto, I whipped up a Blackheart done John Romita Jr. style with humanoid hands and feet. That's not all tho, I altered the tail so it's shorter (originally it was taller than Blackheart was!) and holds him up. He was also give twice the number of spines in the mane and I repainted him to resemble the original ML13 Prototype, whose base color was black, not blue. The hands are from an SMC scorpion and the feet were made from the existing ankles/heels and Fixit Sculpt. Enjoy!
