This Batman is pretty neat looking considering his creation. All it takes is the blue (or black if you can find it) DC Superheroes Select Sculpt Batman and the modded head from the DC Public Enemies Target exclusive Batman. The underside of the belt was removed so his legs had greater range of motion and his hands drilled so he could wield and swing by the batarang grappling hook.
