PROCEDURE
Beat eggs until light and creamy. Add sugar gradually beating well after each addition. Stir flour and baking poweder together.Beat dry ingredients alternately with coconut milk. Pour batter into 2 9" layer cake pans that have been graesed and lined with wilted banana leaves.Baked at 350 degrees F. 10 minutes. Tale out pans and sprinkle with cheese.Baked 20 minutes more. Brush twise with margarine while baking.When done, brush again with margarine and sprinkle with sugar.Serve with freshly grated coconut.
